Karina is a versatile marketing professional with over 15 years of experience. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, in Brazil, and a specialization in Global Sustainability and Business Strategy from University of California, Los Angeles. She has expertise in CRM, e-mail marketing, communication strategy, branding, content writing, and is proficient in English and Portuguese. Her professional experience includes environmental non-profits, small companies, retail chains and big corporations such as 3M – where one of her pieces was winner of the 3M Marketing Excellence Award.

Karina enjoys exploring parks and museums with her 4 year old daughter. She is also an advocate for Operation Smile, running annual fundraisers and awareness campaigns.
